Our Obligations and Yours Access Statement
 

Upon booking a deposit of 25% of charges will be paid with the balance eight weeks before the stay commences.  Unless we are able to find others to rent the property neither charge is refundable if you change your plans having paid. Upon payment of the deposit and of the balance we will issue receipts confirming terms and dates.

We do not generally welcome single sex parties. A dog might be acceptable but please ask us before you book. The bungalow is unsuitable for children under the age of eight. You will use the facility only to accommodate the booked guests.


The bungalow will be available from Saturday at 15.00h for your arrival and must be vacated by 10.00h on departure.

We will rent the property to you and make no extra charge for electricity, internet access or fuel if used responsibly. You will use the facility only for the agreed number of guests.


You should tell us as soon as possible if you perceive any inadequacies in the accommodation or equipment. Please let us know about any breakages so that we can try to maintain our high standards for the next guests. Within our charge we will change linen weekly during your stay.


The property has parking for one car and we will permit parking of a second on our drive adjacent to Milford Croft. There is a public car park nearby for which a charge is made thought the season.


We do not permit smoking within the building. You must follow our Local Authority’s requirements regarding the segregation of rubbish of which we will advise you on arrival.


Upon departure the bungalow is to be vacated in a clean and tidy condition; in default, an additional charge of up to £50 is payable.
